About the Role

Tweezr is expanding across the DACH region, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales with banks, insurance companies, and large financial institutions in Germany
.

You’ll be responsible for opening new doors, managing high-stakes sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with major German financial organizations.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Lead enterprise sales efforts into banks, insurers, and financial institutions
  • Run structured, consultative discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders
  • Develop compelling proposals, commercial structures, and ROI cases
  • Navigate complex and regulated enterprise buying processes
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and product teams on strategic opportunities
  • Represent Tweezr at German industry events and onsite customer meetings
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience
  • Proven history selling into German banks or insurance companies (must-have)
  • Fluent in German and English (must-have)
  • Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiar with CRM tools and enterprise pipeline management
  • Curious, resilient, and motivated by building meaningful relationships in the financial sector
