• Represent Oxford Home Lending as the first point of contact to potential customers, acting as the "face" of the company
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and outstanding customer service
• Participate in company-provided training on products, sales, and marketing as a pathway to become a licensed senior mortgage advisor
• Engage with prospective customers via text, email, and phone
• Support senior mortgage advisors by providing high-quality leads
