What You’ll Do

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Effectively utilize In-Home Assistant Sales Manager to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
