PositionBranch Sales Professional (BSP) to join our team. This on‑site position reports to the Brooklyn Heights, OH branch. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and dedicated to achieving success for both the company and our customers. We seek individuals who are service‑oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood‑destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
- Cover sales leads in the assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished.
- Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance standards (driving a company vehicle is an essential function).
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
- Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday.
- This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00/hr plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000‑$90,000+. Actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales; the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.

- Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
