Position Summary:

The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships and help develop new business. This role demands a proactive individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned retail accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Proactively communicate product updates and promotions.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail market.
• Present our unique product offerings effectively to potential clients.
• Diligently follow up on leads and client interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in sales or account management, ideally in wholesale/B2B.
• Experience with diverse retail clients is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up effectively and consistently.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary $65k + Comm
