We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Appointment Setter to join a high-performing outbound sales team serving the US Solar market
. This role is ideal for professionals with strong US-voice experience who excel at qualifying homeowners and booking high-quality appointments for Solar Consultants.

The position requires excellent communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and a target-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in the United States during night shift hours.
• Explain solar energy benefits clearly and professionally to potential customers.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and customer eligibility.
• Set and confirm high-quality appointments for Solar Consultants.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
• Update CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and customer details.
• Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound US calling roles.
• Prior exposure to Solar, Energy, Telecom, or Medicare campaigns is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of English with a neutral or US-style accent.
• Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and sales skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Highly motivated, confident, and performance-driven personality.
