Position: Senior Account Executive (f/m/d) - Enterprise
Location: Germany

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) (f/m/d) to join our growing team  this role, you will drive revenue by engaging, nurturing, and closing enterprise accounts (1000+ employees). With the support of a dedicated SDR, you’ll own a key market segment, converting qualified leads into long-term customers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to have a direct impact on our growth while helping shape our sales strategy and processes.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own the enterprise sales cycle
    : from initial engagement to signed multi-year contracts, including discovery, tailored product demonstrations, business case development, negotiation, and close.

  • Enterprise Sales Execution
    :
    Build relationships with key stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, and land new enterprise logos.

  • Collaborate with a Dedicated SDR
    :
    Work closely with an SDR who will focus on enterprise prospecting, giving you a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.

  • Strategic Market Ownership
    :
    Take responsibility for a defined segment of the market, tailoring outreach and sales strategies for maximum impact.

  • Process & Team Improvement
    :
    Share best practices, contribute to refining our sales approach, and help elevate the overall team performance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven enterprise SaaS success: 5+ years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of exceeding quota in deals with 6-figure+ ACV.

  • Strategic dealmaker: Skilled at managing complex sales cycles of 6–12 months, navigating procurement, and aligning multiple stakeholders.

  • Enterprise relationship builder: Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers across multiple business units.

  • Fluency in German & English: Strong communication skills in both languages; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.

  • Proactive & Strategic Mindset: Ability to take ownership, think strategically, and navigate complex sales cycles.
