Account Manager
with direct experience
selling technology to hotels, hotel groups, or management companies.This candidate already
knows the industry, speaks the client’s language, and has a proven, relevant track record.
This role is based onour Nuremberg office.
Responsibilities- Drive the Full Sales Cycle:You'll own the entire process from prospecting and lead development to closing deals with hospitality clients.
- Generate New Business:Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline to ensure consistent new business opportunities.
- Cultivate Client Relationships:Leverage and expand your network within the U.S. hotel market to build strong, lasting relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct Client-Facing Demos:Lead engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of our technology and its ability to meet client needs.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
:
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform and refine our go-to-market strategy. - Collaborate with internal teams:Partner with internal teams to provide market feedback and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Territory Development:Systematically map and develop accounts within your assigned territory.
- CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene:Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the CRM, including activity tracking, opportunity stages, and forecasting.
- Follow-Up Execution:Execute timely and persistent follow-ups post-demo, proposal, and contract stages to keep momentum.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities:Identify and introduce complementary Nonius solutions during the sales process to increase deal size and client value.
- Travel for Site Visits & Events:Attend trade shows, client meetings, and site visits to support pre-sales engagement.
- Degree in Sales, Commerce or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience in hospitality technology solutions.
- An established and relevant network within the U.S. hotel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Experience with global tech providers.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
