For this mission, we need more sales power! That's why we are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) in Germany (100% remote) with 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, as critical first point of contact for future customers and the engine of our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities- Proactively research and identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers within target accounts using various tools (CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, intent data)
- Execute personalized, multi-channel communication strategies (cold calls, targeted emails, and social selling) to generate interest and qualify potential customers
- Rigorously qualify leads all over Europe with focus on DACH and contribute directly to the overall health and volume of the sales pipeline
- Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow and campaign messaging, and partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and strategy alignment within territories
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead intelligence within the CRM
- When appropriate, visit local events, fairs or networks
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative within a B2B SaaS
- Autonomous and highly efficient hands-on approach, prioritizing high-volume, high-impact activities that convert to meetings over low-value tasks
- Technology enthusiasm and a genuine curiosity and the drive to deep-dive into complex software products to articulate the value proposition convincingly to technical and business leaders
- Goal oriented, self-organized person who loves working in a remote set up and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Fluency in using MS Office, Pipedrive as well as common sales engagement tools and AI tools to boost your success
