Senior Sales Manager – Utility-Scale PV Modules (Germany)

We are supporting a top-tier global photovoltaic manufacturer in the search for a Senior Sales Manager to drive utility‑scale solar module sales across Germany.

This is a senior, front‑line commercial role with full ownership of large‑scale project accounts, EPC relationships, and strategic customers. The position sits within a highly established European business, backed by one of the world’s leading PV players in technology, capacity, and bankability.

• Lead sales of utility‑scale PV modules across Germany and selected European markets
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with EPCs, developers, IPPs, and key accounts
• Own the full sales cycle: pipeline development, commercial negotiation, contract execution
• Work closely with internal teams (pricing, supply chain, product, legal) to deliver bankable solutions for large projects
• Represent the company at major industry events and customer engagements in Europe
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in the photovoltaic/solar industry
• Proven track record in utility‑scale project sales (not residential or purely distribution‑driven roles)
• Strong network among European EPCs, developers, and project owners
• Deep understanding of module bankability, project economics, and European market dynamics
• Based in Germany (or strong operational coverage of the German market)
