Responsibilities

After the 12‑month rotation, which will include a few months in Parma (Italy), Octeville, St. Laurent sur Sèvres, and Reichstett (France),
you will be a permanent member of the Sales Beverages team covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, handling equipment sales for the beverage market in these countries.

The job is home‑office based.

  • Growing Sidel’s equipment business in Germany and Switzerland;
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Driving the achievement of sales objectives;
  • Developing new business within the assigned territory;
  • Promoting Sidel solutions in the assigned market;
  • Establishing and coordinating agents operating in the region (when applicable);
  • Building strong cooperation and coordination with Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Service teams;
  • Working in close collaboration with support functions such as Trade Finance, Sales Administration, Marketing, and Legal.
Profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a maximum of two years of post‑graduation experience. You are fluent in both German and English. Additional knowledge of French or Italian would be an asset.

You demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive messages, including when presenting to an audience.

You also show solid negotiation capabilities and feel comfortable influencing stakeholders in an international context.
