** Your Responsibilities
*** Support and develop existing distribution channels to achieve sales and budget targets
* Develop and implement new business strategies to acquire new dealers and grow existing accounts
* Work closely with the Senior Territory Manager and Sales Team to achieve regional objectives
* Plan and execute field sales action plans in cooperation with dealers
* Deliver technical and sales training to dealers and end users in German
* Provide ongoing technical support to dealers to strengthen product and application knowledge
* Manage key accounts and identify new revenue streams
* Regularly visit customers and prospects to gain market insights and generate new business opportunities
* Identify, target, and successfully pursue new sales opportunities
* Prepare reports and ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and objectives## ##
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Technical or commercial degree or comparable education
* Initial experience in a technical sales role, sales engineering, or territory management
* Experience in automotive, industrial, or related technical markets
* Fluent
** German
* * and good
** English
* * skills (company language)
* High willingness to travel within Northern Germany (minimum 50%)
* Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently## ##
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a techical or commercial or business-related field
* Several years of sales experience with a strong motivation to grow professionally
* Experience in the Mobile Solution Aftermarket or related industries
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with high integrity
