What You’ll Do- Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners from pre‑scheduled, qualified leads — no cold calling ever
- Present our premium remodeling products with confidence and professionalism
- Build rapport and uncover each homeowner’s unique needs
- Deliver persuasive, consultative presentations that turn prospects into satisfied customers
- Close sales efficiently, achieving and exceeding monthly goals
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and industry trends
- Partner with leadership and peers to continuously refine and improve our sales approach
- $150,000–$250,000+ annual earning potential — uncapped income with unlimited opportunity
