. They are seeking a candidate with strong business-to-business experience who can think innovatively and remain resilient in the face of challenges.

• Inspect residential and commercial roofing systems to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and contractors on proper installation techniques for company products.
• Lead meetings and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Prepare detailed reports and professional business correspondence to support sales and service operations.
• Coordinate and manage customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Research and compile prospective customer leads using industry resources and market data.
• Travel within the assigned territory to build relationships with current and potential customers while promoting company products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through samples, catalogs, and other sales tools.
• Present pricing options, credit terms, and prepare contracts for customer orders.
• Estimate delivery timelines based on production schedules and logistics capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or at least four years of relevant experience and/or training; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel by air within and outside the assigned territory.
• Must be able to accommodate overnight travel as part of the role.
• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Visual acuity sufficient for driving and inspecting roofing systems, with minimal color discrimination and accurate depth perception.
• Comfortable working extended hours as needed.
