Location: Germany

Mutherboard is on the hunt for an energetic Sales Development Representative who loves outbound calling, hunting for new business, and opening doors with the right decision‑makers. You’ll focus on generating and qualifying new opportunities, then handing them over to our Sales Director and wider sales team to run discovery, demos, and closing conversations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive outbound prospecting by researching target accounts and identifying the right contacts within our ideal customer profile.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls (plus email and Linked In where useful) to start conversations, introduce mutherboard, and build initial interest.
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria (fit, authority, need, timing) and book meetings for the Sales Director and sales team.
  • Accurately log activities, notes, and outcomes in our CRM so handovers to the sales team are smooth and informed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine talk tracks, objection handling, and targeting based on what you’re hearing on calls.
  • Share insights with marketing on common objections, messaging that lands, and patterns you’re seeing in the market.
What you’ll bring
  • 1–2+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or telesales role in SaaS, tech, or B2B services.
  • Confidence on the phone – you genuinely enjoy outbound calls, starting conversations, and building rapport quickly.
  • Resilience and self‑motivation – you’re comfortable with targets, high activity, and hearing “no” without losing momentum.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask sharp questions and listen for real problems.
  • A curious, experimental mindset – you spot trends in your outreach, test new angles, and share ideas that help improve results.
  • Good organisation and CRM discipline – you manage your time, activities, and pipeline of meetings efficiently.
