Role:
Senior Oncology District Manager overseeing a team of field-based Oncology Sales Specialists to drive sales of innovative cancer therapies.
Responsibilities:- Developing and executing territory business plans, managing team performance, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with promotional and regulatory guidelines.
- The role involves leading sales efforts for breakthrough oral, biologic, and cell therapies, with a focus on expanding product distribution and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related commercial roles, preferably with oncology expertise.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams are essential.
- Oncology (cancer therapies), biologics, cell therapies, tumor types unspecified, in a high-growth, innovative environment.
- Field-based in Ohio, Michigan, or Pittsburgh, PA, with travel up to 40%.
- Oncology, hospital/large account sales, reimbursement issues, and familiarity with AI technologies in healthcare.
Compensation ranges from $141,000 to $243,800, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
