Job Posting External We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive growth and end-user satisfaction across our counterbalance product line in the North and South American markets. This individual will play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, guiding regional teams, and strengthening customer and retail partnerships to maximize market success.
Job Duties Promote growth and enhance end-user satisfaction in Company’s counterbalance products.
Establish and prioritize goals, objectives, and procedures for all sales activities across the Americas.
Lead, support, and oversee Regional Managers of Counterbalance Sales.
Drive retail focus and customer visits to maximize effectiveness and ensure strong brand presence.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
Build new accounts while developing strategies to maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Monitor and improve profit margins through effective pricing, sales tactics, and market positioning.
Provide valuable insights on competitive activity and product development opportunities.
Ensure retail partners are trained, equipped, and focused on selling the proper counterbalance products to customers.
Minimum Qualifications 8-15 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Sales or Business)
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDExtensive travel (over 20%)Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)Job requires an employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
