A Cardinal Senior Living community in Green, Ohio, is looking for a Sales Director who knows how to create relationships, build a pipeline, follow through, and turn interest into move-ins.

This is not a passive admissions role.

You’ll own the sales process from first inquiry through move-in, while becoming a visible relationship‑builder throughout the Mentor community and surrounding healthcare market.

• Meet new people and build relationships quickly
• Turn inquiries into tours and tours into move‑ins
• Follow up consistently without sounding scripted or transactional
• Help families navigate difficult and emotional decisions
• Build referral relationships throughout the local community
• Work toward clear goals and know exactly where your pipeline stands
• Solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to fix them
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to create a great move‑in experience
• Compete, win, and see the results of your work

You’ll manage the full sales pipeline for The Preserve, including:

• Responding quickly to inquiries and referrals
• Conducting discovery conversations and community tours
• Building relationships with prospective residents and families
• Following up consistently throughout the decision process
• Overcoming objections and helping families identify the right solution
• Coordinating admissions and move‑ins with community leadership
• Maintaining strong visibility to leads, tours, deposits, move‑ins, and occupancy goals

Great sales leaders don’t wait for leads to appear.

You’ll build and maintain relationships with:

• Hospitals and discharge planners
• Physicians and medical practices
• Rehabilitation and skilled nursing providers
• Home health and hospice organizations
• Senior resource organizations
• Local businesses and community partners

The goal is simple: when someone in Northeast Ohio needs senior living, we want The Gables of Green to be part of the conversation.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, marketing, business development, or a highly relationship‑driven role
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent follow‑up and organizational discipline
• Comfort working toward measurable sales and occupancy goals
• Ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages of the sales process
• Valid driver’s license

Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or local referral‑development experience is strongly preferred.
