We are seeking an energetic, detail-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at our U.S. Headquarters in Whitehouse, OH that will be the key operational bridge between incoming customer inquiries, our district sales managers, and our CRM database—ensuring leads turn into lasting technical partnerships.

You aren't just filing paperwork; you are actively managing the deal pipeline, getting quotes into clients' hands fast, and keeping our sales engine moving at peak velocity.

• Manage & Qualify Inbound Opportunities: Be the first point of contact for new technical inquiries, vetting customer needs and smoothly handing off high-value leads to field Sales Engineers.
• Rapid Quote Delivery: Generate and deliver accurate custom hardware/software quotes and proposals to engineering clients in a fast-paced response environment.
• Maintain Pipeline Integrity: Serve as the guardian of our CRM database—tracking opportunity stages, logging key account updates, and maintaining reliable account records.
• Proactive Outreach & Account Expansion: Connect with prospective and existing clients to identify emerging testing needs, perform targeted follow-ups, and support campaign outreach.
• Partner with Field Teams: Collaborate daily with District Sales Managers to streamline deal logistics, resolve customer questions, and support account growth strategies.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, sales operations, or technical customer service (experience in industrial, engineering, or technical manufacturing environments preferred).
• Communication & Persuasion: Clear, confident professional communication skills—comfortable phone presence for outreach, follow-ups, and customer relationship building.
• CRM & Process Mastery: High proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, or custom databases) and standard office productivity suites.
• Technical Aptitude: Curious about how things work! Ability to learn DEWESoft product categories, basic terminology, and client applications.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline preferred.
