• Guide buyers from their first inquiry and home tour through a signed agreement.
• Market available homes through Facebook Marketplace, social media, online listings, signage, and local outreach.
• Generate leads through prospecting, open houses, and referrals.
• Follow up consistently and keep accurate records in the CRM.
• Complete sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax details, and credit-check processes accurately.
• Follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies throughout the sales process.

• A proven record of meeting or exceeding an individual sales quota.
• Confidence selling face-to-face, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• Experience managing leads and following up until a decision is made.
• Willingness to create listings and market your inventory daily.
• Comfort with payment calculations, contracts, and sales paperwork.
• A competitive attitude, strong follow-through, and openness to coaching.
