As a Landscape Construction Salesperson, you will grow the business by identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will meet with clients on-site, recommend landscaping solutions that match their vision and budget, prepare detailed estimates and agreements, and coordinate with installation teams to help turn proposed projects into completed landscapes.
Responsibilities- Develop new business through existing client relationships, networking, and referrals, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet with clients on-site to discuss their landscaping needs, project goals, and budgets.
- Recommend tailored landscaping solutions and prepare accurate, detailed estimates and clear service agreements.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Stay informed about landscaping trends, industry best practices, and competitive pricing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Motivation to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and clearly explain proposed landscaping solutions.
- Ability to prepare accurate project estimates and professional service agreements.
- Ability to collaborate with installation teams to align proposed solutions with client expectations.
- Ability to utilize technology such as LMN, Property Intel, and AI.
- At least 3 years in either construction install or construction design/build sales. Ability to create designs is not necessary.
Starting at $75,000 annually plus bonuses and commissions, the sky is the limit.
