As a Security Guard - Hospital Campus Patrol Driver in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of entrances and exits as required by site-specific procedures.
• Support a welcoming atmosphere while upholding security-related standards for the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for this hospital site.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
