As a Security Officer - Gatehouse Monitor in Gypsum, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor and patrol designated areas to deter security‑related incidents and unauthorized access, ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, verifying credentials as required for the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Communicate and/or elevate security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
