Concierge Security - Lobby Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security - Lobby Officer to provide top‑tier security and customer service at office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  Bolivar, OH
• Full‑time schedule – Saturday & Sunday, 1st shift 6 a.m.–6 p.m.;
  Monday, 3rd shift 6 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage: $16 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Previous security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
