As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Lobby PT in Valley City, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will greet visitors, manage access, and assist with security-related inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. You help deter incidents through your presence and communication, embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control and visitor management systems, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Document and report security-related activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Support emergency response activities by coordinating with site personnel and first responders as directed.

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
