Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for bringing creative ideas to life? FASTSIGNS Westerville is hiring for a Sign Installation Specialist
. As an Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place for everyone to see—whether it’s in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations.

• Install signage for new business grand openings, rebrands, and marketing initiatives, such as banners, window & door graphics, wall murals, ADA signs, vehicle wraps/graphics, dimensional letters, and more!
• Collaborate with our talented team to deliver top-notch signage solutions.
• Engage in manual tasks, including installing post & panel signs, using power tools, climbing ladders, and using lifts.

• Responsible for offsite sign and print media installations.
• Able to assess an environment to determine the needs and techniques required for the installation.
• Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before starting.
• Able to work independently and with other team members when required.

• Clean driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Not afraid of heights (ability to work with lifts, ladders, etc.).
• Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required.
• Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required.
• Must Haves:
  • Experience with sign installations or a handyman background.
  • Detail-oriented and creative.
  • Willing and capable of handling physical tasks, including post and panel installation.
• Nice to Haves:
  • 3M Installation certification.
  • Experience with vehicle wraps.
  • Experience with channel letters.
