Debord's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, located in Chardon, is looking for a full-time HVAC installer to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience required. An HVAC Installer serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing HVAC systems. This is a wonderful career opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent mechanical aptitude. This is a full time position.

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or installation
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client upon completion. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
