Plant Electrician

Overview

PLANT ELECTRICIAN- $2,000 sign-on bonus!!!

Location: Mount Victory, OH (occasional support in Harpster, OH)

Pay Range: $26–$35/hr

We are seeking a skilled Electrician I to support electrical systems in a high-demand production environment. This role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment vital to daily operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial or commercial electrical work and can adapt to a unique agricultural setting.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, crawling, and lifting.
• Support heating, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.

• 2+ years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Experience with industrial control systems and parametric controls.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
