Job Overview

We’re hiring a Punchout Technician to complete final touch-ups and quality checks on residential units before handover. This role focuses on detail work to ensure each unit meets high standards.

What You’ll Do

Perform touch-up painting, caulking, and light trim carpentry
Complete drywall repairs, light plumbing fixes, and cosmetic punch work
Handle general construction clean‑up and final inspections
Ensure all work meets project specs and deadlines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
