You will be responsible for installing a wide range of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment systems at client locations. This role requires strong technical aptitude, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Install commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all installations are completed to manufacturer specifications and client expectations.
• Perform job site evaluations, verify measurements, and prepare for installs.
• Read blueprints and follow job site plans or installation instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and teammates.
• Document completed installations, materials used, and any variances.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on installation experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen systems.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Presentable, dependable, and flexible team player.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical installation documents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No specific certifications required, but trade training is a plus.

Monday–Friday

Remote Field Operations – Technicians will travel to commercial sites across the service region.
