Location: 1260 London Groveport Rd., Lockbourne, OH 43137
Pay: $26 – $31.78/hr.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (shifts may change due to business needs)

Our Conveyor Maintenance Tech I ensures that all conveyor systems are inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations and company standards, and will ensure a safe working environment. • High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Current Driver's License and clean driving record

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all breakdowns
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on conveyor systems
• Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts
• Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals for repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment
• Perform housekeeping duties, including work‑area cleanup, conveyor and equipment cleanup, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned
• Daily inspections of machinery for potential problems
• Work both independently and as part of a team to support OnTrac maintenance operations

• Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties
• Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls, VFDs, PLC, electronic motors (480 V); programming, GUI and/or HMI experience is a plus
• Knowledge of LOTO, PM’s (Preventative Maintenance), and 3‑phase electrical work
• Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints
• Mechanical work experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge a plus
• Welding experience a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Flexible schedule to accommodate 24‑hr operations; occasionally extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as a team
