• Ensure FT-designated areas within the facilities are functioning daily
• Installing mechanical equipment according to layout plans
• Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions
• Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts
• Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications, and installations
• Facilitate the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement of all equipment
• Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation
• Cleaning, lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance work on equipment
• Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance
• Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area
• Participates in all training requirements as they relate to all team members
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts
• Performing other related duties as assigned
• 0 Lost time incidents due to the facilities' state
• Adherence to budget requirements - as measured on the Performance table
• Customer Satisfaction - as measured by Customer KPI format
• Adherence to 5S audit targets - as measured on the Performance table
• Track cost-effectiveness of maintenance initiatives
• Completion of Opportunities for Improvements identified by team members

• Grade 12 education
• College or University education or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, millwright is an asset
• Experience with autonomous forklifts and/or robots.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills, allowing one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of the safety standards of equipment
• Welding FW flat/horizontal classification required
• Experience with pneumatics is an asset
• Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always
• Must possess intermediate computer skills
• Valid Forklift License is preferred
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical

This is a temporary to full-time position starting at $27.50 per hour.
