Our client, a leading manufacturer of masonry products, is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team at their Rittman, Ohio facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems across the plant.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and systems.
• Adjust,program, and inspect mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead mechanical shutdowns and participate in maintenance planning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance.
• Ensurea safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and promoting continuous improvement.
• Support reporting and documentation efforts related to maintenance and safety.

• Diplomain Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics.
• Licenceor certification is a huge asset
• Demonstrated competency in electrical systems.
• Minimumof 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining.
• Strong experience in the brick industry is a huge asset
• Skilledin arc and TIG welding.
• Abilityto interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
