Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Beach City, OH - JOB 26-00753 Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00/HR Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a premier manufacturing facility in the Beach City, Ohio area. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, electrical repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and Installation. Responsibilities Execute pipe fitting, welding, machining, equipment alignment/balancing, and building repairs. Inspect, repair, and install electrical components, panels, motor drive control systems, fuses, and breakers.

Conduct routine inspections, monitor gauges and indicators, and execute preventative maintenance schedules. Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical drive systems (gear trains, pulleys, bearings). Apply critical thinking and active learning strategies to diagnose root causes of operational downtime and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate effectively with operations teams, document work orders, and maintain plant safety standards. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

2+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required by plant operations. Demonstrated skill in electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair and replacement. Direct working knowledge of Motor Drive Control systems and electrical distribution panels. Solid understanding of gear trains, belt pulleys, and industrial bearings.

Proficient with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office. Strong complex problem-solving, equipment selection, operations monitoring, systems analysis, and judgment/decision-making capabilities.
