As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing and executing HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Your leadership on job sites will ensure that installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems are completed to the highest standards. You will coordinate with team members, maintain schedules, and represent the company to customers with professionalism and respect.

• Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including replacements and new installations for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Direct and supervise helpers on the job site, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and meets the company’s next-day installation promise.
• Install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards, including ductwork modifications, line sets, brazing, gas piping, and low-voltage wiring.
• Start up, commission, and test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all job sites are left in excellent condition upon completion.
• Communicate with customers, providing clear explanations and walkthroughs of newly installed systems to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding.
• Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation as required by company procedures.

• Several years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, including demonstrated ability to lead installations independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• EPA 608 Certification is highly preferred.
