Breeder Transport Crew - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift Breeder Transport team member at our C-1 facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County).

• Starting Pay: $19.35 /hour
• Increase to $21.30 /hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00am-3:00pm
• Occasional weekends
• Hours will vary seasonally.

• Assist in cleaning and storing of all trucks/trailers/equipment in their proper location
• Assure all trucks/trailers are prepared for weather
• Assist in other areas of the Breeder Division when needed: including, but not limited to:
  Grow out Farms, Clean out Crew, and Vaccination Crew

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a driving record compliant with Cooper Farms Fleet Safety Manual
• Must be able to obtain a Medical Certificate
• Must have previous trailer hauling experience
