Ein Studium in der Sozialpädagogik sowie eine dreijährige systemische Weiterbildung sind erforderlich. Erforderlich sind Einfühlungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit. Die Anstellung kann in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit erfolgen und bietet ein attraktives Vergütungspaket.
