This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Visa Counselor located in Germany. The Visa Counselor will assist students and clients with studying abroad by providing personalized counseling, document verification, and guidance throughout the visa application process.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable study courses.
• Prepare and organize visa applications.
• Address client queries and provide clear guidance.
• Ensure compliance with visa procedures and requirements.

• Strong counseling and consulting skills, with the ability to guide clients constructively.
• Proficient in documentation and skilled in precise record‑keeping.
• Basic knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with an aptitude for data handling and reporting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or an additional language would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in educational counseling, visa processing, or immigration services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
