Location: Township of Batavia
Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a welcoming adult day program.
This is a full-time, first-shift position with a consistent daytime schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; no evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
You’ll receive paid training, PTO, health insurance, a Simple IRA with a 3% match, and a referral bonus; contribute to skills development and community connections.
