Join Genacross Lutheran Services as a Youth Residential Supervisor
, where you'll lead and support overnight staff while helping create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for youth. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily care, mentor team members, and ensure youth receive the guidance and support they need to grow and thrive.

• Lead and support overnight staff
  , providing guidance, coaching, and supervision to ensure quality care.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for youth with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Provide hands-on care
  , assisting with daily routines, personal needs, meals, and overnight safety checks.
• Support youth through challenges using trauma-informed care and positive behavioral interventions.
• Oversee daily operations
  , including staff assignments, documentation, incident reporting, and timecard approvals.
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and leadership to support individualized care and positive outcomes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support and motivate a team in a residential care environment.
• A genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
