Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

• strong hands-on experience with C# (.NET) , especially rewriting business logic from SQL into application code;
• solid understanding and practical use of PL/SQL ;
• ability to map PL/SQL transactions and batch processes into microservices or services implemented in C# ;
• knowledge of English (min. B2);
• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• high communication skills;
• eager to learn and share knowledge;
• willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

• experience with CRIMS (Charles River IMS) – API, workflow, data integration (e.g., FIX, REST, SOAP);
• basic knowledge of Azure (App Services, Functions);
• familiarity with integration of financial systems – e.g., market data feeds, compliance checks, trade workflows;
• German language proficiency at B2 level.

• developing and maintaining backend systems using C# (.NET), with a strong focus on business logic implementation;
• refactoring and rewriting business logic from PL/SQL procedures into application-level code in C#;
• mapping PL/SQL transactions and batch processes into modern service-based architecture (microservices or modular services);
• collaborating with team members to analyze and translate existing Oracle PL/SQL code into scalable .NET solutions;
• ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of migrated components;
• contributing to technical discussions and proposing improvements in architecture and development practices.
