Lead Fullstack Engineer​/System Architect

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer (React / Node.js) / System Architect (m/f/d) at DNS:

NET, you will design and develop our internal company systems, build scalable applications, and take responsibility for architecture, implementation and coordination. This role combines fullstack development with system architecture and technical management.

• Architecture and development: Design and further development of scalable microservices and full‑stack applications (Node.js, Type Script, and React).
• System design and further development: Design and continuous further development of our system architecture in close coordination with the software architect and product owner.
• Code quality as standard: Ensuring clean, high‑performance, and secure code across frontend and backend.
• Coordination and collaboration: Management and coordination with internal and external developers to ensure common standards and smooth delivery processes.
• Security and data protection: Implementation of authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms according to current best practices.
• Data management: Working with SQL databases (schema design, indexing, optimization, and caching).
• Automation and delivery: Contribution to CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS).
• Planning and review: Participation in architecture reviews, effort estimates, and release planning.
• Knowledge sharing: Promoting technical excellence within the team through active knowledge transfer.
• Error analysis and solution finding: Analyzing complex technical problems and developing a practical, solution‑oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Many years of professional experience in software development across front‑end and back‑end.
• In‑depth experience with Node.js, Type Script, and frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
• Very good knowledge of React and modern front‑end development (state management, asynchronous data processing, component design).
• Solid understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases and REST or event‑driven APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Experience in agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
