Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Android Application Developer to build and maintain sophisticated Android apps for health monitoring devices
. You will develop and implement complex algorithms to process sensor data, communicate with embedded medical devices over Bluetooth/IoT
, and transmit data for cloud‑based analysis. Your work will directly support the development of critical real‑time health monitoring systems that help save lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Android applications for real‑time health monitoring
• Implement complex data processing and filtering algorithms to interpret sensor input
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication with medical‑grade sensors/devices
• Handle secure data transmission to IoT/cloud platforms for analytics and remote monitoring
• Collaborate with firmware, cloud, and algorithm teams to ensure end‑to‑end system integration
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance
• Ensure compliance with medical device software development standards such as IEC 62304
• Create technical documentation and support regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
  , Software Engineering
  , or related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Android application development
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and/or Java
• Experience with Bluetooth/BLE communication
  , particularly for IoT/embedded devices
• Understanding of real‑time data processing
  , multi‑threading, and algorithm implementation on mobile platforms
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  , MQTT
  , or other IoT data transmission protocols
• Solid knowledge of Android architecture components (View Model, Live Data, Jetpack libraries)
• Awareness of data privacy
  , security
  , and regulatory compliance in healthcare applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices. healthcare)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and backend integration
• Understanding of ISO 13485
  , ISO 14971
  , or IEC 62304
• Experience with sensor fusion
  , signal processing, or health‑related algorithms is a plus
