**** Teamleiter (m, w, d) Lagerlogistik / Rollenschneider – Produktion
** Aufgaben:
* Leitung, Organisation und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts im Bereich Lager/Formatschneiderei
* Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Abläufe und Prozesse
* Disziplinarische und fachliche Personalführung
* Einleitung, Durchführung, Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung der

Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Produktivität, Qualität, Ordnung und Sauberkeit Profil:
* Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z.B. Meisterausbildung)
* Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lager-/Logistikbereich, insbesondere überzeugende Führungserfahrung im operativen Bereich
* Verständnis für Medizinprodukte
* Sehr gute MS-Office- und ERP-Systemkenntnisse
* Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
* Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
* Analytische und prozessorientierte Denkweise
