For our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Northern Germany region, who will support our customers on-site and bring our high-quality robotics solutions to life.

• You are attentive and empathetic, can identify customer needs and translate them into requirements for our robotics products
• You have a careful, strong work ethic, drive, ambition, and focus
• You are self-motivated and work in a results-oriented manner
• You are fascinated by technology and open to new challenges
• You have completed training in a commercial or technical profession

• You are responsible for the integration of robotics solutions at the customer's site
• You support our customers in the use of our robotics products
• You create technical documentation for our robotics solutions and document the integration process in writing. You will also report on the progress and status of the projects.
