** HR Manager (m/w/x)
**** Aufgaben schwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:
*** Strategische und operative Führung für den Bereich Personal mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
* Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Arbeitsabläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung, inkl. der Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems
* Beratung von Führungskräften zu verschiedenen Themen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
* Bedarfsgerechte Steuerung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses sowie Förderung von Talent- und Nachfolgeplanung
* Zielgerichtete Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Belegschaft
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
* Förderung der Magna Unternehmenskultur sowie der Grundsätze des Verhaltens- und Ethikkodex
* Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen und kulturellen Transformationsprozessen
* Ansprechpartner gegenüber dem Gremium der Arbeitnehmervertretung sowie externen Partnern
* Budgetplanung und Kostenverantwortung nach Maßgabe der Geschäftsführung für den direkt zugeordneten Bereich sowie Mitwirkung und ggf. Durchführung bei Verbesserungsprojekten (CIP)
* Analyse von HR-Daten zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen
* Verantworten des Bereichs Environment, Health & Safety
** Qualifikation /

Anforderungen:

*** Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Automobilzulieferindustrie oder Produktion
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Instrumenten.
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen.
* Hohe Eigeninitiative, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
* Interkulturelle & soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse##
