Our partner is developing an AI assistant that will fundamentally transform how people work not just by automating tasks, but by understanding context, learning continuously, and becoming an integral part of the team. The platform is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Teams, connecting with emails, calendars, and CRM systems to create a truly intelligent workspace.

They are now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developerto help build and scale the technical foundation from cloud infrastructure to intuitive frontends and advanced AI integrations. Youll collaborate directly with the founders, influence architecture decisions, and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Develop and scale the core product across backend and frontend

Design and deploy cloud-native, scalable systems using Kubernetes

Build robust APIs with NestJS / Node.js to orchestrate thousands of AI agents

Integrate the product deeply into the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Azure AD, Graph API)

Create modern, accessible UIs with React / Next.js

Work with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Letta, and other state-of-the-art models)

Collaborate with the founding team on architecture and technical strategy

Solid foundation in software engineering and architecture

Experience across frontend, backend, and Dev Ops

Proficiency in Type Script , ideally with NestJS / Node.js

Skilled in React / Next.js development

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, or AWS)

Bonus: experience with AI or LLM integrations (OpenAI, Lang Chain, Letta)

English level B2+ (for technical discussions and code reviews)

Residence in Germany is required
