Over the years, we've achieved impressive growth and expanded our team to more than 20 talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills. Although our team members are located around the world, our headquarters are in Osnabrueck.

To thrive in our small team, you need to bring certain skills. Though we will do everything to help you grow during your time at Visio Lab, we can’t teach you the basics. Therefore, we expect you to have:

• Solid coding skills, preferably with a background in Python.
• Experience working on larger projects in an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and not just using Jupyter notebooks.
• The ability to assemble complex software from simple components.
• Expertise in version controlling your code with Git and collaborating with other developers using Git Hub and pull requests.
• Good knowledge of the fundamentals of machine learning and a basic understanding of neural networks.
• A passion for machine learning and its applications.
• Self-motivation and independence in your work.
• You are fluent in English.
• Ideally, you can showcase your skills in an open-source project that you have worked on, either privately or as part of your coursework.
