Mid Backend Developer; Golang

• At least 3 years of hands‑on professional experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of Go (Golang) and common Go frameworks or libraries
• Proven experience in API development (
  REST
  , ideally also gRPC
  )
• Clean Code, code reviews, and software quality are part of your DNA
• Broad experience in developing distributed systems and web applications
• Very good command of Git (e.g.
  Git Hub, Git Lab
  )
• Solid knowledge of OOP / structured design, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles
• Experience with TDD and automated testing
• Confident working with the command line
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (
  Scrum preferred)
• High motivation driven by a genuine passion for software development
• Fluent English (B2+) is a must – we communicate in English on a daily basis

• Experience with Kubernetes, and cloud environments
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and/or non‑relational databases
• Experience with message queues (e.g. Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, NATS)

• Your daily work focuses on Go (Golang) and modern backend architectures
• Developing new scalable web services and microservices using Go
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining clean, performant, and maintainable code
• Taking responsibility for the quality and stability of our REST APIs
• Working with a standardized development environment (automatic setup via Docker / docker‑compose)
• Integrating external systems within the customer architecture (e.g. ERP, PIM, third‑party systems)
• Ensuring high quality standards through code reviews, pair programming, and coaching
• Working with database technologies such as PostgreSQL
• Collaborating closely within an agile team to continuously improve our platforms
