We’re hiring a founding engineer to build AI that makes a real impact — with urgency, purpose, and ambition

You’ll be our go-to tech builder
, helping ship scrappy but smart AI-powered applications across use cases like:

• AI Companion for Elders – Think GPT+Voice+Games+Emotional Intelligence
• AI Interviewer & Trainer – Interactive avatars doing carer training, assessments
• Sensor & Video Analytics – Fall detection, behavior recognition, pattern flagging

You’ll work end-to-end
: from prototype to production. You’ll also contribute to product design, technical architecture, and help shape the tech roadmap.
You will use existing tools. models for these applications (e.g., LLM, video pattern recognition), not produce new ones.

As a first engineer, your input will be essential in determining our tech foundations. However, we expect some solid knowledge in at least some of the below:

• AI APIs / Tools: OpenAI, Deepgram, Assembly
  
  AI, Fliki, Replicate, Lang Chain, Hugging Face
• Dev Ops: Docker, setting up Git Hub actions for CI/CD, good knowledge of some hosting platform like Vercel
• Other: WebRTC, Twilio, Stream, real-time voice/video integrations
• Bonus: Familiarity with computer vision or IoT/sensor data

• Are a senior full-stack engineer who can build fast and deliver real product
• Have experience shipping AI apps
  , utilizing and fine-tuning existing models
• Think in end-to-end flows
  : APIs, infra, UX, business value
